In this video, I am going to show how to install a scanner manually using its basic WIA / Twain INF driver (with the manual settings) through the device manager. This way, you will get the scanner installed with its basic driver and basic features - not the software.
I used the example of Canon MX328 printer & scanner on a Windows 764bit PC, but you can apply the same steps on Windows 11, 10, 8, 8.1.
