This is a simple video of how to install vinyl siding. I know some steps are not exactly perfect but this is what I did to complete the siding on my garage and it's still in good shape.

Here are some corrections that should have been done for longevity of the siding installation.

Overlaps on the seams are a little to tight. There should be about 1 inch between the top lock separation. The siding usually will expand almost a 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch on a full panel.
