How to install VirtualBOX VM Extention Pack and Guest Additions with Possible Problems' Solutions

This tutorial is about installing VirtualBox Extention Pack and Guest Additions for linux operating systems.

Error Messages:
1- Kernel headers not found for target kernel 4.18.0-147...
Running "yum install kernel-headers kernel-devel" command
2- Please install the gcc make perl packages from your distribution
Running "yum install gcc perl make" command
3-Cannot generate ORC metadata for CONFIG_UNWINDER_ORC=y; installing elfutils-libelf-devel
Running "yum install elfutils-libelf-devel" command
