How to make a Dollar tree Halloween wreath

This is all from the Dollar tree. I used a 14” wreath form. I used 4 rolls of purple mesh and 4 rolls of black 6” mesh and cut them 10” long. I did double my mesh. I did the ruffle method and alternated the 2 colors. I then added some 12” ribbon and tubing. I put a skull wreath in the center. I glued gems in his eyes. Gems from the spider rings. I added little skulls around the wreath and added his hands. I also added spider rings to his fingers and glued one to his head.
