Description from the creator

Today I'm going to show you some really simple steps to make a lovely Flat White, Latte or even Cappucino at home using only a French press / Cafetiere!

Steps to follow:
1. Make a strong espresso style brew of coffee (I used 18g coffee to 75g boiling water, left to steep for 2 mins).
2. Pour coffee into a pre-heated cup of choice.
3. Wash Cafetiere/French Press
4. Measure out milk (I recommend 180ml for a Flat White, 220 for a Cappucino and 250ml for a Latte).
5. Start heating your milk in a pan (microwave could also be used I guess), until you come to the start of a rolling boil. (Do not boil your milk, however).
6. Empty hot milk into a pre-heated Cafetiere or French Press, push down the plunger and pull it back and forth to aerate the milk (This step may take a couple of minutes depending how frothy you want the milk).
7. Pour your nice hot frothy milk in with the coffee and enjoy!
