On the ending of the summer months, I wanted to do another saison style beer. This one is a smaller batch but possibly more flavor in it. Essentially I used ( as seen in the videos), 8oz of honey and I made a puree out of a whole Cantaloupe. IN all it was a good brew day and learned some n.ew things as well
