How to Make a Naruto Headband

Tutorial of how to make a Naruto Head band!
The Band’s Length is 45in by 2in wide the Material I used was suede cloth. It’s a form of leather but not real leather. You can use silk, knits, cotton, or basically anything.
The center piece is 3in in length and 2inch in width.
The paper can be found at your local Joann’s fabric shop in the scrap booking paper section for a dollar 99. If you don’t want to buy this them improvise you can use a tin can, tin foil, or even a piece of gray construction paper.
This project cost me about 5 dollars I already had the fabric on hand so I just paid for the silver metallic paper, super glue, and the fake jewels.
