I go over how to take a PDF made with Word or InDesign or Excel, etc., create form fields, format the fields, add calculations, and then create a submit button and reset button. Hopefully by the end of this discourse you'll be able to open your own PDF and convert it to a form that can be submitted by anyone with a modern version of Acrobat Reader. Hope this helps all who are struggling with form creation in Acrobat.
