This video will show you how to make a Swiss Seat class 2 rappelling harness and how to attach a figure 8 descent device and carabiner to a rope. It will also show you how to slide and brake once attached. This is the class 2 webbing harness used in the Mississippi Smoke Diver course. The mini 8 shown in the video is shown for right-handed people. If you are left-handed, the standing end will be on the left side of the 8 instead of the right.
