Watchmaking Vlog Episode 12
In order to make a small left hand screw for the watch that I am making, I need to first make the threading die. I couldn’t find one commercially available, I only found a tap that suit. So I purchased the tap and went about making the threading die myself.
This tool took me a long time to make. It was my first experience and I made many mistakes. I turned this final product into a step by step guide if you need to make one yourself.
