- 1 Mamey Sapote
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- water
- sugar if needed
- ice

Mamey is good for that ass literally it contains fiber also it’s good weight management makes you feel full and satisfied. The best part it’s that it’s bombskiki
