HOW TO MAKE AKAM| PAP | OGI WITH POPCORN | Bbkelez Kitchen

In this video, i am showing you how to make akamu, pap, ogi.
Pap is Nigeria corn meal made from wet corn starch. you can enjoy pap with moi moi, akara, bread, plantain etc. if you are akum/pap or ogi lover or you are not sure of the corn to use or you find it difficult to make. this video is for you.

The things you need!
* Dry corn {popcorn} yellow corn or and dry corn of your choice, it must be very dry, not soft corn

* a lot of water (use the water to soak the corn/ blending)

Utensils
* Blender
* Chiffon cloth
* muslin bag
* Big bowls, Small bowls and cup
