If you have everything ready to go, egg sandwiches can be made in 5 minutes. They make a great meal and are very filling. Some people like to add mayonnaise, however I don't think it is needed.
For fewer calories, I use 2% cheese, 35 calorie bread, one less egg, and the least amount of butter possible. It is still filling and tastes great!
