Igloos are surprisingly sturdy. This one hasn't yet hardened completely, having just been finished, but as snow falls and temperatures fluctuate over the the next week, it will become strong enough for several kids to run and play along the top of it.

Note of warning--not shown in these pictures is the month of preparation I'd done to pile up the site of the igloo and the brick quarry. I had to pile up and stamp down plenty of snow in order to get enough to build this.
