Make a wall of random dimension
go to 3d view of wall
and select the wall
click on edit profile
now in modify tools select the type which you want
let select a type and make it see
select arch shape now
now split the bottem line
delete this portion
and then select trim ,extend command
now click the finish mode
the shape is made in wall look in 3d view
