This video is about how to make a Bathroom aluminium window or Bathroom Window.
There are various types and designs of Bathroom windows , in this particular window we are going to see about a type of bathroom window in which top part has a Fixed Glass with a provision for Exhaust Fan and the bottom has an openable window. The section used in this bathroom window are 40mm casement window frame and 25mm x 50mm series Handle section. Glass used is Acid Frosted Glass. Hinges used is a Friction stay Hinges . Handle cum lock is used to pull and lock the window.
iI have shown in this video how to put gasket on shutter glass and after putting the gasket how to pit the shutter section amd screw it. After the shutter is ready , we start making a frame by cutting an angle to join the frames. Once the frame is ready , we install the mullion which separates the fixed glass and the openable shutter. After installing the mullion , we put the fixed glass in the frame and lock it with the 40mm casement section clip. Once the Clips are locked , we press and insert the epdm gasket in between the glass and the clip. So now the fixed Glass part is ready. Now we fix the friction stay hinges on the shutter. Now we are ready for Installation of Bathroom Windows. We first install frame at its place and then install the shutter. Once the Shutter is installed , the work is almost finished. In the last we install Handle Cum Lock and the work gets completed.
