I actually couldn't wait to do this video, I've been having a taste for Dominican Mofongo. So in this video I share with you an easy Dominican mofongo recipe or mofongo receta. I'm going to show you How To Make Dominican Mofongo. Mofongo is one of my favorite dominican food recipes. I made this mofongo with pork. You can also use shrimp, chicken, beef, etc, whatever you desire. My meat of choice is with pork belly better known in spanish as chicharron.

I don't make mofongo very often so I was very surprised that it tasted as if I practiced daily.
