How I make Blueberry tea for myself and others
Always ask your doctor ask your doctor and research before using herbs
Recipe
Hot Blueberry Tea
Add to a large coffee cup
1/2 Tbl.sp. (More if desired) fresh blueberries washed and sliced in half.
1 Tbl. sp fresh blueberry leaves that have been washed.
1 tsp. fresh stevia that has been washed (optional may use only honey)
1 tsp. fresh sweet mint washed.
1/2 tsp. fresh lemon grass washed.
1 tsp. fresh spearmint washed.
1 stick of cinnamon (Optional).
Boil water after water is at a rolling boil pour into cup and then cover cup with a plate or lid let steep for 10 minutes strain out leaves and berries and add honey if so desired.
