How to make Mini Meatloaf's Tutorial
Recipe from my neighbor, Mrs. Violet
Recipe:
Mix together:
1-1/2 lb. ground hamburger
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
black pepper to taste
2 teaspoons chili powder
Put meat mixture into loaf pan or mini loaf pans (sprayed with cooking spray) (or roll into balls and put in a 9x13 dish)
Top with sauce.
Sauce:
Mix together in a small bowl:
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup dice onions
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes to 1 hour (160 degrees on meat thermometer)
