Recipe for Mini Meatloaves in Mushroom Soup
1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Make in to patties and fry in pan over medium heat until brown and turn. When brown on both sides, make sauce of 1/2 can of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of milk and pour over patties. Simmer on low for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
