Hi guys in today's video I am going to show you how to make papa con chorizo which means potatoe with chorizo. In the video I am using leftover baked potatoes. This is not necessary. I was just using up leftovers. INGREDIENTS
•5 Peeled Potatoes cut in small pieces
• 1 Chorizo feel free to use Beef, Pork, or Soy
• Water 1tbsp to cook potatoes (optional)
• 2tbsp of Oil to cook Potatoes

Feel free to add less or more potatoes or chorizo.
If you are using baked potatoes just peel and cut them warm them up a bit in oil then add chorizo for about 5 to 10 minutes until fully cooked.

If using uncooked potatoes peel 5 potatoes and cut them in small pieces. Add oil and water and cook them for 20 minutes with the lid on medium to low heat. After potatoes are fully cooked add chorizo and let fully cook with the potatoes or if you wish to cook the chorizo separate and add to a later on. Easy and delicious papa con chorizo. You can have these on there own, burritos, or sopes.
