How to Make Pico de Gallo

I love to be in the kitchen so I thought I would start sharing my favorite recipes. So here is my version of Pico de Gallo. I know its not traditional pico but we like it, hope you do too!
As always, please let me know if you have any tips on how I can be improving my videos!
10 roma tomatoes
1 lemon
1 bunch cilantro
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 jalepeno(take out the seeds for less spicy!)
5 shakes hot sauce (I use green tobasco)
