Fall and Halloween are almost here so start your parties bye whipping up this delicious pumpkin dip!

INGREDIENTS
2 c. heavy cream
1 3.4-ounce instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Ginger snap cookies, for serving

DIRECTIONS
1) In a stand mixer, beat heavy cream and vanilla pudding mix until stiff peaks form, 1 to 2 minutes.
2 ) Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice and stir to combine. (Chill if desired.)
3) Serve with ginger snaps.
