To make the popsicles you will need:
Yoghurt
Popsicle Mould
Popsicle Sticks
A Bowl, Knife and Spoon
Food Colouring (Gels work best!)
And some digital scales to get the layers really accurate!
Simply whip up the yoghurt with a different colour for each layer, then drop it into your mould. Because of yoghurt's consistency, it will hold the layers and give you a really good defined rainbow effect.
