Ingredients:
(For the Eggs)
-dozen Eggs
-2 tablespoons Spiceology Beet powder
-1 quart water
-1 cup rice wine vinegar
-1 tablespoon Spiceology guajillo

-Cook eggs in boiling water for 8 minutes
-chill in ice immediately
-cut in half and remove yolks (reserve those)
-put into a hotel pan and cover with beet liquid for atleast two hours in fridge (optional)

(For the Filling)
-dozen cooked Yolks
-cup Mayo
-1/2 cup Sour cream
-Spiceology jalapeño to your liking
-salt to taste

Finish with aleppo ,scallions and flake salt.
