How To Make Red Flare Firework

Cost is very affective with fireworks, especially when you build them yourself! Flares come in handy for so many things. In this case, this is more of a dream come true; the road flare, and I have always LOVED this red flare for fireworks. In this tutorial, hopefully, it comes across as helpful, and remember, I am no expert with building fireworks, but I've done my best to create a nice tutorial! Enjoy.
