The best, and I mean THE BEST homemade vanilla ice cream is made from snow and just a few simple ingredients! You won't believe how good it is until you try it! The chocolate version is great too!

You will need:
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
Dash or two of real vanilla extract
Big bowl of fresh snow

Whisk milk and eggs well, add sugar- whisk some more. Add vanilla. Add snow to your liking for consistency and fold in. TA-DAH!

FOR CHOCOLATE: Add a packet or two of hot cocoa. Stir. ENJOY!
