Recent studies show that only 16% of autistic adults in the UK are in full-time employment (Source: National Autistic Society). The conversation of autism and employment/Aspergers and employment is a pressing issue.

Which is why it's important businesses understand how to better manage autistic people in job roles To decrease the autism employment gap that exists but also to make businesses more neurodiverse. Also to ensure that autistic people are in work & learning to grow in the job.
