You may need a height measurement for your health, a school project, or a variety of other reasons. To measure your own height, you will want to use a wall-marking method. To measure someone else, you can use wall-marking, a stadiometer, or even a specially designed horizontal measuring board. In all of these cases, proper posture and head position is extremely important. To measure objects or buildings, install an app on your phone and it can do the work for you.
