I recently got a request for comment from a reporter who was writing an article on how to overcome or avoid ageism (aka age discrimination) in the workplace. Having spoken to and worked with many older workers, it's certainly a concern that comes up frequently, and the limiting beliefs around it certainly hold people back or lead them to self-sabotage.

In this video, I explain the underlying psychology behind employers who favor younger workers. More importantly, I share three simple tips that can allow you to circumvent that psychology and put yourself not just on a level playing field but actually ahead of younger competition.
