ABOUT ME:

I'm a latina from Florida proud of my Cuban roots. A mommy of 3, a wife to the love of my life, a singer, a sister (I love my sister and brother so much) a homemaker, a Christian, and now also a Youtuber. I love my dog Shiloh, vintage unique antiques, and have a slight obsession with converse sneakers. I love all things beauty and have all of my life! My mom influenced that! It's a huge passion. I also love all things health. Both of my parents passed away while I was still young. My father from cancer in 2007, and my mom from diabetes in 2014. I miss them so much. I learned that life is short and our lives are fragile. That we can be gone at any moment. I learned to really appreciate this gift we have of life and to live it intentionally. We don't realize the damage we cause our bodies every single day by the foods we eat and the choices we make.

After feeling ill myself, being diagnosed with adrenal fatigue, hypothyroidism, IBS and hypoglycemia, I started to research about nutrition and healthy living, and I've made some changes to improve my own health. It's been a process for sure, and I'm feeling better! My goal is to help you live YOUR BEST life too. Inside and out. To look your best, with tips and tricks in beauty, and to FEEL your best with health and nutrition. Thank you for stopping by my channel, even taking the time to read this, and subscribing ;-) It really does mean a lot. I hope to inspire you, challenge you, and help you in your own life. Please feel free to reach out. My social media handles and email are above.
Love you guys. xoxo
