Description from the creator

Before my rotator cuff surgery, I thought I would be forced to wear button-up shirts for months. However, my niece-in-law (who has CNA training) told me how I could easily wear a non-button-up shirt by just following some simple steps. My surgery was two weeks ago tomorrow, but I was able to put a t-shirt on just a few days after surgery. Obviously, everyone is different, and before following my instructions, you should check in with your surgeon and physical therapist to make sure following my instructions won't interfere with your own healing process.
P.S. Taking off a short-sleeved shirt is not so easy; I recommend reaching back and pulling it over your head first. Good luck! P.S. If you're having shoulder surgery, you might find my blog post helpful, too: halfpastkissintime.com/2014/10/41-things-to-exp…
