Shows how boiling and heating can clean up and refresh your active carbon cartidges.
This is something you probably wouldnt do more than once per cartridge and wont be as good as a fresh cartridge would be. But if you need to clean a filter this is an acceptable solution using this simple method.

Filters are still spirits activated carbon cartridges. compatable with companion kit and fermenter airlock.

A great tip from Devon Wayne is "Use DISTILLED water. Otherwise you'll be concentrating any toxins (flouride, chloride, etc) found within tap water."
