Description from the creator

I simmered leftover #primerib bones with the #aujus for a few hours, then cooked up an easy soup. The Problem: There was too much fat and oil; it really affected the mouth feel of the soup and totally muted the flavors. If I was making a bone stock for later, I'd just scoop off the fat after a few hours of it chilling in the fridge, but what if I'm ready to eat now? I found a few methods on the nets involving ice and steel ladles, but I realized foil would do the trick. Repeat with a new sheet of foil and fresh ice until you're happy with the results.
