HOW TO RENDER SAND AND CEMENT A WALL READY FOR PLASTER OR TILES ON AN OLD WALL

Hi everyone this is a video in which I show you a lot of tips on how to go about re rendering an old dusty wall that had loose plaster on it covering the basics and the must dos and don'ts this demo could help the diyer a lot or even a homeowner understand what must be done.

In the video I use a lot of tools I use the refina mega mixer to make the sand and cement in the large 40 liter refina tube I use a tyzack trowel with a marshalltown hawk to apply the render an aluminum straight edge or know as a feather edge and a 1200mm speedskim to get the wall straight and ready to be floated. Then I just use a float to rub it up which has nails though it to give a key for the next coat or tiles.
