How to Renew PRC ID (with CPD and without CPD Credits Units)

I just recently renewed my PRC ID and i want to share to everyone especially those who have PRC ID on how to renew their license.

Step by Step Procedure in Renewal of PRC ID:
1. Go to PRC website (www.prc.gov.ph)
2. Sign-In if you have account already or Register if you not yet registered
3. Upon signing in click the renewal and input your details
4. Choose the appointment date/time and your PRC branches near you
5. Print the reference number and choose where you gonna pay the renewal fee(Bank, GCash, 7-11Eleven stores, Paymaya) currently prc cashier is not yet available
6. After payment and once your payment is confirmed print the application for professional id form.
7. Now, wait for your appointment date and proceed to prc.
8. In PRC, submit all your documents in renewal window and wait for your card to be release in releasing window.
9. Be sure to check all details in your PRC ID before you go out of prc
10. Now you are officially renewed with brand new and new look PRC ID

Things need to bring during renewal of prc id:
1. Old PRC ID2. Application Form for Professional Identification Card (PIC)
3. Zerox copy of old PRC ID
4. Original CPD units (Seminars/Trainings Certificate)
5. Zerox copy of CPD units (Seminars/Training Certificate)
6. 1 pc. Passport size picture white background with name tag
