Gregory is from the Philadelphia area went to college in New York and got a degree in civil engineering and worked in a cubicle and absolutely hated being micromanaged and being stuck in a box. He looked at the window and knew he wasn’t enjoying what he was doing.

One day when he was 25 his boss said one day in 10 years if you work hard you’ll be able to make $100k a year. That was a lot of money but he didn’t want to wait 10 years to make that much.

At the time he was getting in real estate and he went to an in-person talk about renting rooms and he learned about the craft and then he rented it out, furnished it and the rest was history.
He quickly became known in his town as the guy who did short term room rentals so word got out and he was able to build his roaster of rooms.
