1:20 - Practice before removing adhesive
1:30 - Make a small cut in the adhesive (NO LONGER NEEDED IN 2020 WITH OUR CUSHIONS)
1:46 - Peel the adhesive
2:02 - Align the cushion and attach it
2:16 - Apply pressure for 10 seconds
2:25 - Leave under constant pressure for several hours (24 HOURS NO LONGER NEEDED)
