Go to "Your Account" - "Your Orders" - Return or Replace Items. Follow the prompts based on your needs.

You will get a Return Authorization form to print. Here's the tricky part -- you place this INSIDE your box. Nothing goes on the outside of your box. Nada. No mailing address (whaaa?!). Confusing, I know...

The UPS man deployed to pick up your return will have the mailing address for your box. Let him take care of it!
