I sift flour like my mom taught me, with two pieces of waxed paper; while I was sifting flour for a Pineapple Upside-Down cake, I was thinking "I wonder if everyone does it like this? I bet they don't!" Some people don't do it at all! So I thought I'd show how I do it, and then you can tell me how you do it! :-)
