Do you know how to talk to a person who has Aphasia? This is just a few ideas ... (do’s and dont’s) that might be helpful in communicating with a friend or family member who has Aphasia. We need to bring more awareness to the subject of Aphasia. The insurance companies do not provide the adequate speech therapy it takes to recover. It takes intensive therapy and the sad thing is only a handful of people can afford that type of therapy. IT IS WRONG. Everybody needs to have the chance to communicate again.
