Learn how to stay cool while driving (or in your house) without using air conditioning. The traditional options are to roll down your windows or use the outside air vent but I find that the windows can be noisy, let dust in and create drag (also lowering your MPG's) and the vents often blow warm air because it has passed through your engine bay. An alternative solution is to put a wet rag or bandanna around your neck. The one in the video is the Misty Mate Arctic Tie but there are some others out there as well.
