Recipe:
2 cups diced patchoi leaves
1 cup water
1tsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
Wash and dice patchoi leaves. Place into steaming basket. Pour water into the steaming base. Steam patchoi for 20 mins. When finished, transfer to see below and season with parsley and salt. Enjoy!
