HOW TO TAKE CARE OF A GARTER SNAKE

Quick Feeding Tips!
Young garters under a year old get fed typically every 5 days - After 1 year they can be fed every 7
Worms have low nutritional value for these guys so if you plan on feeding them worms primarily offer them worms ever 3 days as babies and every 5 as adults
Fish you can offer 3-6 every 5-7 days ( 3/4 when young - 4/5 or more as they get older)
Pinky mice can be fed every 5-7 days ( 5 days as young-every 7 days in adulthood)
As an adult garter you can feed them 2 pinky mice every 7 days. You know when you can feed them 2 pinkies when 1 pinky stops leaving a buldge in their body or when they consume 1 pinky in under 30 seconds.
