This is a quick video on how to thicken baby formula or expressed breast milk using arrowroot flour. I have also shared some of the pro's of using it from my own research.

Two things I forgot to mengion in the video:

1. I noticed it also helped with my LO's reflux.

2. I only added the prepared arrowroot flour to my LO's formula during the day. Never at night. - No particular reason.
