Description from the creator

I am going to be going over how to create a custom audience in the Facebook Ads manager based off your existing clients or leads data base. What you can do with this, is when you have an existing client or leads data base and you want to show only them Facebook or Instagram Ads, this is how you do it. You can also build the what they call, ‘Look alike audiences’, which are based off of the list that you provide, you can find more customers that are similar to the ones that you already have. The idea with this, is that we use Service autopilot or any software solution you use. You can export your list of your clients or leads and import them into Facebook and then they will then show the Ads if those clients that you have or those leads that have had Facebook or Instagram accounts. It will target those ads towards them. This is me logged in to my ads manager. And we have our list here, leads and former clients, website visitors, geo-targeting based on the areas. What we’re going to do is go here under the main menu and go to ‘Audiences’. And you’re going to ‘Create Audience’, we can do a custom audience or again, look alike. Once you have the audience in here. You can do the customer list and it’s telling you to set it up in a certain way, you can download the alerts template here which looks like this. E-mail, these are the examples: phone number. But it doesn’t have to be exactly like this, as long as it has the information, it will ask you to match those fields to where you want them. In service autopilot, what you would do is you go to your CRM Accounts List and on this advanced actions, you can export it and download it. That will download your list. It’s not going to be formatted the way they want. You can either delete the columns and make it look kind of the way they want it or you can kind of copy and paste the columns to manipulate it to work into their worksheets that looks like this. Once you have that data base set up, you’re going to click ‘Next’. Ask if it includes customer value. In this instance, it’s no. You’re going to upload your list like this and right here,it kind of match them and have you verified. It gives you a few examples of e-mail addresses included in your data or whatever that is or phone numbers and you just have to verify that yes, this is a phone number and match it to the certain fields. If it’s not on their exact format, it will still work, but it will ask you to match it’s stuff up. And then, you’re going to hit ‘Upload’ and create. I’m not going to do it because I don’t want this list in here. But you’re then going to have an audience that you can target directly and social media marketing, in general. Facebook, Instagram are very cheap digital marketing strategy. A great place to remarket to your leads. Once you have that, you can create look alike audiences, in this example, we have look alike that look like our leads’ list. You can generate more leads that look like the people who already signed up the service. The geo-targeting, you can pick areas that you target to, but that’s obviously, it’s not going to be as targeted as your target audience that looks like it’s similar to your existing client’s data base. That’s it. Just wanted to go over it with you guys. How to create custom audiences, if you like this, I will create more Facebook marketing videos to gain a better understanding with that. But great tool and good to know. I’ll catch you guys next time. Check out the website: ReadyBusinessSystems.comwww.readybusinessystems.com
