Hope this helps anyone trying to figure it out. Walking with crutches in the wrong position can be really uncomfortable, I did that for the first one or two weeks. But once you know how to walk more 'comfortably' with them then it will be easier. The things I tell you in this video are what I have been told by a physio therapist.
