I think it was working in the restaurant industry that showed me how much food and water we waste daily! So I began to explore new ways of living on this planet that would slowly shift from constantly consuming my resources to conservation and sustainability. One way I started to change my daily practice was how I do my dishes! There's a few different ways this can be done where we don't have to waste more water then we need to.
