Indian Dance Makeup Tutorial| RESHMI CHETRAM

Hey Guys!

Welcome back to the channel, this video is the first of many. It comes as a spin-off to a workshop I teach in Toronto called the "Stage Face Workshop." Over the years i've experienced, 2 minute costume changes, malfunctions, full make up changes , glitches YOU NAME IT! So to help my students & community as they start to go through their dance journey, I figured i'd share my real process getting ready.

This 15 minute GRWM video is for those who may finish work at 5pm and have to be on stage somewhere by 7:30pm, or for the parent who has to dress their kid for dance! I went from bare face, to full face, hair done, flowers in, in just under 15 minutes! Which gives me another 10 to get into costume & jewelry & 5 to grab my bags, snack and be out the door in 30 minutes! This is a GO -TO look for a quick dance face.

Flowers for hair can be found at any south asian store in your area OR you can ago to a craft store and make one out of white flowers!
