Learn how to do the Cruyff Turn ⚽️ SKILL TUTORIAL

The legendary skill and an important move to add to your toolbox.

Step 1: Approach the ball and pretend to kick it. Use your arms to help sell the dummy

Step 2: Place your non-kicking foot beside the ball, pointed slightly sideways, away from the ball. This makes it easier to change direction.

Step 3: Your kicking foot swings past the ball, around the side. When it contacts the ball the foot is turned sideways

Step 4: Make contact with the inside of your big toe on the far side of the ball, halfway up the ball. Knock the ball into the space in the opposite direction

Step 5: Bring the non-kicking foot around to help your body to face in the direction you came from and exit the turn into the space
